AIS Corporation, in response to rising workers’ compensation claims and skyrocketing costs, today announced a process approach to determine existence of workers’ compensation claim fraud.
By leveraging their expertise in law enforcement and professional investigative services, AIS works with companies at the onset of a worker’s injury at the time the claim is being initiated. AIS then implements an investigative approach that includes a detailed process of claim analysis using specialized surveillance and related equipment combined with computer technology to determine the presence of fraud. Taking this approach early in the process often helps companies save thousands of dollars brought on by fraudulent workers’ compensation claims.
