AIS Corporation today announced the appointments of Jona Carver and Paul W. Nipper, IV to the company’s management leadership team. Carver has been named Vice President of Operations and Nipper Director of Research and Employee Development.
Carver brings nearly 20 years of operational expertise to AIS with a career that has included a balance of managerial responsibilities for corporate financials, benefits administration, inventory control and computer systems. She has played an instrumental role in start-ups of new company divisions and held responsibilities for a staffing company that included hundreds of temporary and temp-to-perm employees. Ms. Carver holds an accounting degree and will apply her fiscal, financial and administrative expertise to ensure operational efficiencies for AIS.
Nipper brings a solid experience base in research and background checks to AIS with previous experience at a security services company that included in-depth reviews and profiling case subjects to support special projects. Nipper is well-versed and skilled in the detailed process of background checks for investigative, pre-employment screening, and other required purposes. For AIS, Nipper will be responsible for research projects, investigative services background checks, and employee development.
